Delivery Information

Reusable World delivers via Australia Post. Freight charges are calculated via Australia post as per the order weight, size and delivery location. Reusableworld takes care to pack items to prevent them from being damaged during the shipping process. Once your order is in transit it is in the care of Australia Post and we take no responsibility if it is damaged or lost. Please contact us if you have an issue with delivery and we will do what we can to help you track your delivery.

• Only products in stock are available to purchase.
• All orders are dispatched within 3 days of payment confirmed excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Express Post is available for an additional cost as shown at the checkout.
• All postage information collected goes directly to Australia Post.
• Extra large or heavy items shipped to remote areas may incur additional freight charges however it will be noted with the product and at the checkout.
